Lifespace Communities is a senior living system located in 7 different states. They pride themselves on being a company that prioritizes senior living for vital, purpose-driven individuals. Their communities are modern and comfortable with integrated life-monitoring technology.

Font Styles
Design Rationale
Within the designs, the main challenge was to create an engaging design while staying accessible for senior citizens through font size and narrative flow.
To do this, not only did I integrate all the necessary photos and copy texts, but I created clear, uncluttered designs with easily readable text. I used simple gradient backgrounds to create visual interest without adding visual clutter. I chose fonts that facilitated maximum readability in body text, as well as arrows to callout important images. I used images from Lifespace Communities to illustrate concepts and add space between text blocks.
